At Flirt & Fit Apparel Sales, we want you to love every bikini, dress, pair of jeans, shorts, and skirt you order from us as much as we do! But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out – maybe the fit isn’t quite right or the color looks different in person. That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Quick Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)
Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
To start the process, simply email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email (or use our handy template below):

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with detailed return instructions. Please include this RA# with your return package.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully package your items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached) and ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Refund Details
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless returning a defective item)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Swimwear (bikinis) with removed hygiene liners
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items without original tags attached
- Final sale items (these will be clearly marked)
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange any item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Simply follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange in your request. For exchanges to a more expensive item, you’ll need to pay the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.
Important Notes
- International customers (outside the US) are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
- We cannot accept returns shipped to us COD (cash on delivery)
- During peak seasons (like holidays), processing times may be slightly longer
