Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality for all our fashion lovers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Bikinis with removed hygiene liners
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items without original tags attached
- Final sale items (clearly marked)

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange
After we receive your return, our quality team will inspect items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once processed.
Refund Details
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless returning a defective item)
- International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange any item for a different size or color (subject to availability)!
- Follow the standard return process and indicate you’d like an exchange
- For exchanges to a more expensive item, you’ll pay the difference
- For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference
Important Notes:
– We cannot accept returns shipped to us COD (cash on delivery)
